A health assessment (also known as a health MOT or health check) is a series of non-invasive clinical tests and examinations that give you an overall view of your current health, as well as outline potential risks.
Health assessments are useful for anyone looking to improve their health or who has a specific health concern. We identify your current health status, potential health risks now and in the future, and provide detailed action plans to help you live a longer, healthier, happier life.
The NHS generally only offers health checks if you display symptoms, and their screenings are limited to certain illnesses in targeted age groups. Our screenings are available for adults aged 18 and over*, and you do not need symptoms to attend. Results are provided the same day and discussed with your Health Adviser.
Your assessment will be conducted by an experienced Health Adviser with a background in Sports Science, Nutrition, Physiology, or Psychology.
Hospitals focus on diagnosing and treating illness. As a wellness clinic, our objective is to prevent illness and improve health. We provide screenings in a relaxed, comfortable environment using the same robust testing equipment as hospitals.
No, but we may advise you to see your GP if results are outside normal ranges. You will receive a personalised health report that you can share with your GP if you wish.
We provide a range of employee health checks tailored to different needs:

Premium (30 min) – Slightly more detailed screening
Focus (45 min) – Intermediate assessment including lifestyle
Optimal (60 min) – Comprehensive screening with advanced blood tests
Advanced (60 min) – Deep assessment of metabolic and cardiovascular health
Comprehensive (90 min) – Full assessment with lifestyle advice and personalised recommendations
It depends on how detailed you want the screening to be and how much time employees can spare. Essential is for a quick overview, while Comprehensive provides the most in-depth analysis.
Checks can be conducted at our Surrey & London clinics or onsite at your workplace.
